Rest on purpose
Burnout doesn’t begin in November. It begins when leaders enter September already tired.
Take days off. Read. Pray. Sleep. Be fully present with your family.
Rest isn’t quitting. It is preparation.

Rebuild your team
Don’t assume your team remembers everything.
Recast the vision. Retell the mission. Celebrate wins. Clarify expectations. Remind everyone why they serve.
People don’t naturally drift toward vision. They drift toward comfort.

Remove friction
Ask one question:
What is harder than it needs to be?
Walk through parking, kids check-in, signage, volunteer check-in, giving, guest follow-up and next steps.
Anything confusing costs people. Every unnecessary step creates unnecessary exits.
