This month tends to surface three realities:

3. Emotional Compression
Margin shrinks. Urgency gets loud.
And when pressure rises, leaders default.
Some over-function.
Some tighten control.
Some add more activity hoping clarity will follow.
But pressure doesn’t create something new in leaders.
It exposes what’s already forming.
The Real Risk
The danger of March isn’t pressure.
It’s erosion.
Erosion looks like:
Shorter patience
Thinner joy
Reactive tone
Spiritual drift
Decision exhaustion
And it rarely announces itself.
It just accumulates.
The Leadership Shift
Healthy leaders don’t eliminate pressure.
They interpret it.
They:
Narrow their priorities
Reduce unnecessary decisions
Slow down before they have to
Guard their spiritual margin
They don’t move faster.
They move clearer.
The Question for You
Right now, ask yourself:
What am I carrying that isn’t mine?
Where has urgency replaced discernment?
What actually defines a win this month?
If you can answer those honestly, you’re already leading well.
