What if real leadership starts at the bottom?

Jesus didn’t carry a title. He carried a towel.

Hey,

We’ve bought into a version of leadership that climbs the ladder, sits in the corner office, and barks orders from the top.

But Jesus flips that model upside down.

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve…” – Mark 10:45

At work, leading like Christ doesn’t mean controlling others—it means serving them.

It means helping the new hire before helping yourself. It means washing feet instead of protecting your pedestal.

Think about it—Jesus, fully God, wrapped a towel around His waist and scrubbed the dirt off His disciples’ feet.

Influence grows when ego shrinks

Leadership isn’t about status. It’s about service.

You don’t need a title to lead like Christ.

You need humility, empathy, and a holy resolve to lift others up.

Serving your team doesn’t mean weakness; it means strength under control

Question: What’s one way you can serve your coworkers today—without expecting anything in return?

You may not get recognition… but Heaven sees you.

Let’s lead like Jesus.

P.S. Next time, we’re talking about integrity—because your influence isn’t just built by how you show up, but who you are when no one’s watching.
