Leadership Principle
You never know who is walking through your doors this Sunday.

Every weekend someone attends because a neighbour invited them.
Someone comes because their marriage is falling apart.
Someone quietly slips into the back row after years away from church.
Someone finally reaches the end of themselves and decides to give God one more chance.
They don't know next week's sermon.
They only know they came today.

Big Idea
Don't make someone wait another seven days to hear the invitation.

Four Leadership Shifts
1. Never assume everyone is saved.
Preach to believers, but always leave room for unbelievers to respond.
2. Normalize invitations.
A salvation invitation shouldn't feel like a special event. It should feel like church.
3. Build expectation.
When your church expects people to meet Jesus, your people begin inviting friends with confidence.
4. Celebrate what you repeat.
Church culture is shaped by consistent practices, not occasional moments.
